RA30's  base material is recycled from clear & transparent PMMA products, which were used in demo lens & display stands, etc.

PMMA is a crystal-clear engineering plastic with excellent optical performance. However, it is not tough enough in its raw state.

To improve the toughness and impact-resistance at low temperature, RA30 modifies rPMMA by blending with acrylic-butadiene-styrene copolymer.

It is developed for eyewear, especially appropriate for reading glasses, optical glasses and sunglasses.

DURABIO™ combines most of the advantageous properties of Polycarbonate (PC) and those of the Polymethacrylate (PMMA), with the bio origin of raw material. It is partially biobased and a truly durable engineering plastic. It is made from isosorbide, which in turn is derived from sorbitol, a widely available feedstock.
DURABIO™ is particularly designed for applications requiring exceptional durable transparency and visual appearance, with scratch and impact resistance as well as chemical inertness. Invented by Mitsubitshi Chemical, one of the leading chemical companies in Japan

ELCRIN EXL8452TCC polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a transparent injection molding grade with 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. This resin offers excellent low temperature (-20~-30 °C) ductility in combination with medium flow characteristics and excellent processability, with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. ELCRIN EXL8452TCC resin is a general-purpose product, available in transparent andopaque colors, and is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

BioAcetate S70 is biodegradable, bio-based, recyclable, renewable, and free of harmful plasticizers.
However, unlike other products on the market, the material has been tested against the strictest international standards such as the ISO 14855 standard for biodegradability. Also certified by reputable third-party institutions such as Fraunhofer from Germany and Beta Analytic from the USA.

NY-10CM is a recycled micro crystallinity and transparent polyamide, which is polymerized based on aliphatic and cycloaliphatic monomers.
The virgin PA12, especially TR-90 produced by EMS, is widely used as a specific plastic in eyewear production, due to its particular properties such as low gravity, high elasticity and excellent impact resistance under low temperature.

Mazzucchelli 1849 is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of sheets made of Cellulose Acetate, a polymer of natural origin, traditionally used in the production of optical and sunglass frames. M49 is composed of cellulose acetate and a plasticizer of vegetable origin. The resulting formula is mostly composed of materials from renewable sources which is both bio-based and biodegradable.

For Q150-D is a long aliphatic polyamide that offers low moisture uptake, good dimensional stability and excellent retention of properties. The material is transparent, traceable and ensured by third party sustainability organization ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification).
