Certification

  • BioAcetate S70 is biodegradable, bio-based, recyclable, renewable, and free of harmful plasticizers.

    However, unlike other products on the market, the material has been tested against the strictest international standards such as the ISO 14855 standard for biodegradability. Also certified by reputable third-party institutions such as Fraunhofer from Germany and Beta Analytic from the USA.

Certification

  • Mazzucchelli 1849 is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of sheets made of Cellulose Acetate, a polymer of natural origin, traditionally used in the production of optical and sunglass frames. M49 is composed of cellulose acetate and a plasticizer of vegetable origin. The resulting formula is mostly composed of materials from renewable sources which is both bio-based and biodegradable.
